Delete your Range account

You can delete your Range account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

• Customers: open Range, go to Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
• Shops: in Range for shops, go to Store and tap Delete account. If you own a shop that is still open, ask us to close it first, so we can settle your last payout and return your stock.
• Riders: finish or hand back your current delivery first, then use Delete account in the app.

By email

If you can't open the app, email rangelebanon@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account and the phone number or email you signed up with. We'll check that the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used.
• Your name and phone number, saved addresses and saved cards.
• Your notifications, push tokens, friends and contact-matching settings, and any shop team memberships.

What we keep, and for how long

• Orders, payments and wallet history: kept for 10 years, as Lebanese commercial and tax law requires, without your name or phone number.
• Messages you sent in chats stay in the other person's chat history, without your name.
• Moderation records: kept for 2 years.
• Shop verification documents: kept for 10 years after the shop closes.
